This wine is loaded with aromatics of grapefruit and lemon grass with a hint of lime zest in the background. Refreshing acidity and citrus notes lead into a racy mouth that boasts notes of fresh fig and jasmine. This is a great warm weather wine with ample acidity and will pair nicely with a wide variety of cuisines; my favorite pairing is with oysters on the half shell.
