taste + style
”While this is a favorite dessert wine, it’s far more versatile as an off-dry, not terribly sweet showcase for spicy foods. Wonderfully aromatic, orange blossoms and ripe apricot rise from the glass, with hints of tangerine, kaffir lime and delicate spices. Whole cluster pressing and a cool fermentation in stainless emphasizes the bright, crisp finish. We arrest primary fermentation at near 2% residual sugar and proceed without malolactic fermentation. It is always one of the favorite wines in our Visitor Center tasting room.” -Dave Guffy, Director of Winemaking

Food + Wine Pairing
“We love to share this wine with shrimp, seared Ahi Tuna, spicy Asian dishes dressed with avocado, cucumber and citrus. Creamy cheeses, vanilla pot du crème, and even milky chocolates are stand out selections.” –Chad Hendrickson, Executive Chef
