For the Fresh Herb Marinade Ingredients
1 Tbsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Sage
1 Tbsp Rosemary
1 Tbsp Italian Parsley
1/2 c EVOO
Salt and Pepper
2 Pork Tenderloins, trimmed with silver skin off
For the Herb Marinade Pork Tenderloin
- Chop all herbs and mix together with oil, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the pork for six hours.
- Grill or use a grill pan on all sides to medium doneness.
- Option: Serve with wholegrain mustard.
Tip: For maximum flavor, pork can be marinated as early as the day before.
