Herb marinated pork tenderloin

Pair with North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon or Central Coast Pinot Noir

For the Fresh Herb Marinade Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Thyme
1 Tbsp. Sage
1 Tbsp. Rosemary
1 Tbsp. Italian Parsley
1/2 c EVOO
Salt and Pepper

2 Pork Tenderloins, trimmed with silver skin off


For the Herb Marinade Pork Tenderloin

    1. Chop all herbs and mix together with oil, salt and pepper.
    2. Marinate the pork for six hours.
    3. Grill or use a grill pan on all sides to medium doneness.
    4. Option: Serve with wholegrain mustard.
