The Hess Collection Winery is currently looking for an On-Call Sous Chef(s) to join our team on beautiful Mt. Veeder. If you love art, wine and food then this is it!
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
*Some wine, and food pairing knowledge
*2-4 years of cooking experience
*Serving experience in a restaurant or similar establishment, helpful but not required
*Required to have availability on weekends & holidays
* Sous chefs are required to be able to work independently
*Butcher Skills are a plus
