Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of orange blossom, honey and tangerine blend together seamlessly in this lively, elegant wine. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed and then fermented in a small stainless steel tank at a controlled, cool temperature (58-60 degrees Fahrenheit). Primary fermentation was arrested at 2% residual sugar and the wine was not allowed to go through malolactic fermentation in order to retain a bright, clean finish.
