taste + style

“Grown in our Allomi vineyard in Napa Valley, our Petite Sirah with hints of dusty cocoa and vanilla dominate the aromas, leading to deeply colored, intensely flavored dark fruits with chewy tannins that hang around a while in the finish.” -Dave Guffy, Director of Winemaking

Vineyard + Production

Named in honor of the original Spanish land grant which the native Patwin people lent their name – Rancho Locoallomia, the Allomi vineyard is located on the eastern base of Howell Mountain, in one of the most remote areas of Napa County. The growing season starts later than Mount Veeder, yet the long, warm growing season and the well-drained soils create optimal growing conditions and ultimately finish earlier. The Petite Sirah fruit was chosen from selected blocks in our estate Allomi vineyard.
