Glen Carlou
Established in 1985 by winemaker Walter Finlayson, Glen Carlou is located in the Paarl Valley region of South Africa, a world renowned viticultural area. The artisanal wines of Glen Carlou offer enjoyment to those who appreciate the finer pleasures in life. By harnessing the ripe, rich New World fruits that South Africa’s wonderful climate offers year after year, the winemaking team, now lead by Walter’s son David, has been able to make these classic wines accessible and flavorful at an early age. Now a part of the Hess Group, the Glen Carlou Chardonnay, Syrah, and Grand Classique (a Bordeaux blend) are for sale in the United States.
