Peter Lehmann Layers Red - 2011

Layers is crafted to illustrate our belief that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Don't be fooled by this wine's easy drinking and approachable nature. The blend of three classic Barossa red varieties (Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre) and one new one (Tempranillo), creates a multi-dimensional wine with beautiful aromas of dark plum, chocolate, and savory black olive while the palate is a soft mouthful of forest fruits with mild bramble undertones. A great wine to complement many modern food dishes.
