Peter Lehmann Botrytis Semillon - 2010

The Barossa is an ideal region for late harvest style white wines given the quality of Semillon in the region and the warm weather conditions that continue well into late vintage. A beautiful bright gold colour which will deepen with bottle age. It has wonderful tropical fruits aroma with just a hint of citrus. It is a truly harmonious wine with a delicious lusciousness on the middle palate counterbalanced by tantalisingly complex acidity, the hallmark of a botrytised wine.
