Winemaker David Guffy selected grapes from three of California's premium Cabernet winegrowing regions — Mendocino County, Lake County and Napa Valley — to create this wine. Mendocino fruit contributes spice and mid-palate weight, lake County adds the classic red fruit profile of Bing cherry, and Napa Valley maintains our signature style and structure, and flavors of black fruit and cassis.
